Product description:
A fruit-forward Ethiopian with depth, sweetness, and unmistakable character.
This single-origin coffee comes from the highlands of Sidamo near the village of Shentawane, where ideal elevations and traditional natural processing create an incredibly vibrant and expressive cup. Bright fruit notes meet a smooth sweetness, delivering a coffee that feels both adventurous and balanced.
Roasted in Arizona in small batches, this coffee highlights everything people love about naturally processed Ethiopian coffees—juicy fruit, layered complexity, and a clean, memorable finish.
Origin: Ethiopia
Region: Shentawane, Bombe, Sidamo
Elevation: 1950–2150m
Process: Natural
Roast: Medium
Varietals: Heirloom Ethiopian
Tasting Notes:
Blueberry • Guava • Plum
This coffee is produced by approximately 600 smallholder farmers surrounding the Bombe station near Daye in Sidamo. Hand-picked cherries are carefully sorted by flotation to remove underripe fruit before being dried on raised African beds.
During drying, the cherries are turned 5–6 times daily and monitored closely until they reach the ideal moisture content, allowing the fruit sugars to fully develop and create the vibrant sweetness natural Ethiopian coffees are known for.
The result is a deeply aromatic, fruit-driven coffee with exceptional clarity, sweetness, and complexity in every cup.
