Product description:
Smooth, layered, and quietly complex.
Sourced from the highlands of Aceh, Sumatra, Sedona Serenity is a balanced medium roast that leans into fruit-forward character with a soft, chocolate finish. It’s a different expression of coffee—vibrant, but grounded.
Grown at elevation and cultivated by smallholder farmers across Northern Sumatra, this coffee reflects a region known for depth, uniqueness, and unmistakable character.
Origin: Indonesia
Region: Aceh (Northern Sumatra)
Elevation: ~1500m
Process: Washed
Roast: Medium
Tasting Notes:
Blueberry • Guava • Plum • Milk chocolate
What Makes It Different
Coffee from this region is produced almost entirely by smallholder farmers, many working less than a hectare of land. The result is a collection of carefully grown coffees that, when brought together, create a cup that’s both expressive and consistent.
While names like Mandheling are often used to describe coffees from Northern Sumatra, they reflect the people and culture of the region—not a specific growing area. What matters most is what ends up in the cup—balanced, fruit-forward, and smooth.
